Robotical Ltd make educational robots to inspire and engage the next generation of engineers and scientists. Their lead product is a patent-pending walking robot called Marty that costs less than a £100 but is much more than a toy. Fully programmable, Wi-Fi enabled, and highly customisable and upgradable. The perfect robot for kids, makers and educators – useful from primary school through to university level. World Robotics 2015 estimated 6M toy and hobby robots will be sold in 2015-2018, plus 3M for education and research. Robotical will provide kits for those markets, as well as add-ons, educational materials and an app store for both software and hardware.
