3 - Business Plan Submission

Converge Challenge Category

The shortlisted projects will submit:

  • A full business plan (plus financial forecast)
  • 1-minute video pitch

The business plan template and judging criteria documents is available in the RESOURCES section of the website.

Business plans will be assessed by our external judging panel and finalists will be selected. They will receive 1-2-1 mentoring for 12 months following completion of the programme.

Converge Business Plan Surgery

We will host two business plan surgeries for the shortlisted Converge category projects with our expert Partners. The 1-2-1 session provide shortlisted applicants with an opportunity to discuss all and any questions to develop their business proposition ahead of the submission of final business plan. 

Social Enterprise Category

The shortlisted projects will submit:

  • A full business plan (plus financial forecast)
  • 1-minute video pitch

KickStart Category

The shortlisted projects will submit:

  • A five page business case
  • 1-minute video pitch
